Hi ! I'm Marc Cormier

Marc Cormier’s journey into foot biomechanics began with his own experience as an athlete. A marathon runner with a personal best time of 2 hours and 35 minutes, Marc faced knee injuries due to his flat feet, which ultimately led him to pursue foot biomechanics instead of nursing. In 1988, Marc developed the front posting extension, designed to control knee adduction during toe-off, ensuring proper alignment. In 1989, he introduced the OC Channel, which has since produced exceptional results.

Working in his father’s podiatry clinic from 1990, Marc refined his expertise and began applying it to elite athletes, including the National Ski Team of Moguls in 1991. By 1998, PGA Tour players Tom Lehman and Tommy Armour III reached out for help with heel spurs and plantar fasciitis, cementing Marc’s reputation as a specialist in the field. Over 20 years on the PGA Tour, Marc treated more than 140 players, including consultations with the NHL, NBA, and NFL.

Now, Marc’s focus is on making foot pain relief accessible to all. The OC Channel Relief insole was developed with a mission to provide an affordable solution for the 10% of the global population suffering from heel pain and plantar fasciitis. Recognizing that many products fail to deliver on their promises, Marc aims to offer a product that truly works and is within reach for everyone. The OC Channel Relief insole offers instant heel pain relief and supports both therapy and performance, helping athletes and everyday people alike.
